Description

You will lead Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, driving operational excellence through standardization, automation, and data-driven improvements. Your leadership will ensure accurate, consistent, and high-quality transactional finance services that support ASM's global growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience with strong AP and AR leadership.
• Minimum five years leading high-volume transactional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP and AR end-to-end service delivery, ensuring accurate and timely invoices, payments, billing, collections, disputes, and cash application.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Build, coach, and empower high-volume transactional teams to foster accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
• Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation, especially within SAP.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, audit expectations, and regulatory requirements.
