You'll join a dynamic Risk Adjustment team focused on enhancing healthcare through technology, ensuring accuracy and performance of crucial data operations that impact revenue and compliance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage end-to-end data flow for government submissions.
• Own claim and supplemental submission workflow for CMS Encounter Data.
• Develop data pipeline tracking reports and resolve data errors.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Risk Adjustment teams.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Medicare Risk Adjustment and CMS Encounter Data experience.
• Programming experience with SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience building operational dashboards.
