You will own the strategy and performance of major paid social accounts, lead client relationships, and mentor junior team members. You'll drive revenue growth and brand recognition for clients through data-driven paid social campaigns.

Requirements

• 3-5 years paid digital advertising experience
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and emerging social platforms
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets including pivot tables

Responsibilities

• Own strategy on 3-5 accounts or $20k+ MRR
• Lead paid advertising strategy and initiatives for client success
• Manage client relationships and direct account teams
• Contribute to campaign execution including building, optimizing, and reporting
• Mentor junior talent and contribute to department growth
