You'll oversee the end-to-end KYB lifecycle for B2B and B2B2C partners at Coins, the leading regulated crypto platform in the Philippines. Your core impact is ensuring regulatory compliance while driving process transformation to accelerate partner activation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the KYB lifecycle for B2B and B2B2C partners.
• Act as executive point of contact for complex partner engagements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce onboarding friction.
• Drive large-scale transformation of onboarding and post-sales workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in KYB/KYC or compliance operations.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers.
• Deep expertise in AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and KYB/KYC frameworks.
• Proven track record in large-scale process transformation and automation.

• Master’s degree or professional certification (CAMS, CFE, CRCM).
• Experience supporting regulatory audits or examinations.
