💼 About This Role

You'll assist the site leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring order accuracy and fast delivery. You'll deploy baristas and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for customers. This role models and acts in accordance with both Starbucks and Gopuff standards.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or restaurant
• Ability to work fluid schedules
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year of leadership in a cafe preferred
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred
