Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant work experience at startup, agency or client-side marketing
  • Preference in consumer internet space of travel, design, technology, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of product and/or growth marketing
  • Integrated marketing mindset with passion for creative excellence
  • Experience in brand and creative strategy, off/online media
  • Experience working in a regional team as part of a global organization
  • Collaborative approach, empathetic, steadfast in intention
  • Excelent written and oral communication, keen visual sense, attention to detail
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
  • Passion for Airbnb, travel, creative, entrepreneurial spirit

Responsibilities

  • Develop local Korea marketing plans aligned with business and brand impact
  • Execute cross-regional marketing initiatives
  • Influence stakeholders on complex projects with tight timelines
  • Collaborate across functions to develop integrated marketing campaigns
  • Lead management of local agency partners
  • Enable localization of marketing activities
  • Manage analytics and reporting for brand health and marketing activities
  • Organize and manage regular routines across disciplines
  • Conduct and disseminate after-action reviews (AARs)
  • Manage and track brand marketing budgets
  • Work with finance on budget forecasting and actualizing
