Requirements
- 8+ years relevant work experience at startup, agency or client-side marketing
- Preference in consumer internet space of travel, design, technology, or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of product and/or growth marketing
- Integrated marketing mindset with passion for creative excellence
- Experience in brand and creative strategy, off/online media
- Experience working in a regional team as part of a global organization
- Collaborative approach, empathetic, steadfast in intention
- Excelent written and oral communication, keen visual sense, attention to detail
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
- Passion for Airbnb, travel, creative, entrepreneurial spirit
Responsibilities
- Develop local Korea marketing plans aligned with business and brand impact
- Execute cross-regional marketing initiatives
- Influence stakeholders on complex projects with tight timelines
- Collaborate across functions to develop integrated marketing campaigns
- Lead management of local agency partners
- Enable localization of marketing activities
- Manage analytics and reporting for brand health and marketing activities
- Organize and manage regular routines across disciplines
- Conduct and disseminate after-action reviews (AARs)
- Manage and track brand marketing budgets
- Work with finance on budget forecasting and actualizing
