You'll lead governance initiatives across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform for a Clinical Research Organization. You'll modernize and integrate a large M365 tenant, driving lifecycle management and compliance. This role combines strong execution responsibility with hands-on cleanup and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead governance initiatives across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Design and maintain least-privilege permission models across M365 workloads.
• Define and operate lifecycle management for M365 resources including archiving and decommissioning.
• Support M&A migration and integration of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams content.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration with deep SharePoint Online experience.
• Proven experience cleaning up and modernizing enterprise M365 tenants.
• Strong background in permissions management, lifecycle governance, and retention.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.
