You'll lead a high-volume sales organization focused on driving listing subscription revenue. You'll oversee a ~35-person sales team, manage 5 direct reports, and own the full sales funnel from contact to close. You'll optimize outreach sequences and coach team leads to improve conversion rates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own revenue targets for listing subscriptions and value-added services
• Manage 5 direct reports: 4 Team Leads and 1 LDR Supervisor
• Drive conversion improvements across full funnel: contact → close
• Define outreach sequencing strategy and lead qualification criteria

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2C, marketplace, or SaaS sales
• 1+ years managing sales teams of 25+ reps
• Advanced HubSpot CRM proficiency including workflows and reporting
• Bilingual English/Spanish at C1 level or higher
