Description

As a Jewish Educator at CLTC, you will facilitate core Jewish Enrichment sessions, Israel education, and T'filah/Shabbat programming for teen leaders. You'll lead a team, mentor teens in leading their own Jewish experiences, and help create a pluralistic learning environment at camp.

Requirements

• Strong Judaic knowledge and ritual/prayer knowledge
• Experience leading a team
• Ability to attend in-person spring training (March/April 2026)
• Experiential educator with facilitation skills
• Commitment to pluralistic Jewish engagement

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Jewish Enrichment sessions and Israel education programming
• Lead T'filah and Jewish Ritual coaching, including Shabbat and B'nei Mitzvah experiences
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Jewish Enrichment team (song leader, madrichim)
• Facilitate Chapter Leadership Network elective on Jewish leadership
• Serve on senior leadership team integrating Jewish enrichment into overall programming
