Description

You will lead the technical direction for embedding Generative AI and LLMs into Nubank's products, building production-grade agentic workflows and RAG pipelines that scale across multiple markets. Your work will directly impact over 130 million customers, redefining financial services as an AI native company.

Requirements

• Track record as a lead delivering high-impact, large-scale software systems
• Professional experience implementing LLMs, Generative AI features, or RAG patterns in production
• Proficiency in building maintainable codebases and API designs bridging model inference and user-facing surfaces
• Experience navigating ambiguous projects requiring cross-unit coordination
• Ability to link technical AI initiatives to core business drivers like operational efficiency and customer acquisition

Responsibilities

• Define technical roadmap for AI native applications ensuring scalability, cost effectiveness, and reliability
• Design and implement complex agentic systems and RAG patterns for hyper-personalized financial experiences
• Set canonical standards for AI development and promote reusable components
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science to embed LLM capabilities across mobile, web, and internal tools
• Establish rigorous evaluation and monitoring practices for AI outputs ensuring safety, accuracy, and human-in-the-loop integrity
