💼 About This Role

You'll support Fi's influencer and affiliate program, working closely with the social lead on creator sourcing, outreach, and logistics across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Your work will scale a fast-growing pet tech program and help bridge the communication gap between pets and humans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and vet creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Run first-touch outreach and manage creator conversations
• Own the gifting process end-to-end, from shipping to tracking
• Support affiliate program coordination and reporting

📋 Requirements

• Recent grad in marketing, comms, or related field
• Own creator presence on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
• Familiarity with Awin or comparable affiliate platform
• Exceptional organization and follow-through skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ShareASale and CreatorIQ
• Experience with Notion, Airtable, and Google Suite
• Trend-spotting in pet and lifestyle content
