You'll lead full lifecycle execution of infrastructure and facilities build-out projects for OpenAI, including advanced compute facilities and labs. Your core impact will be delivering mission-critical projects on accelerated timelines while owning budgeting, vendor management, and cross-team coordination. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle execution of infrastructure and facilities build-out projects
• Own project estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Engage and manage external partners (architects, contractors, consultants)
• Collaborate with internal teams and executives on project alignment

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering infrastructure projects
• Background in architecture, interior design, or construction project management
• Deep expertise in construction budgeting and financial analysis
• Experience collaborating with engineering disciplines (MEP, structural, building systems)
