Description
As a Product Manager, you will lead the product direction for tools and workflows that power Chime's human support agents. You'll define the vision for agent-facing tooling, own ambiguous problem spaces, and partner with Operations to drive meaningful impact at scale.
Requirements
- Experience as a Platform Product Manager owning internal tools at scale
- Strong strategic lens and ability to craft compelling narratives
- Proven success navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated execution in technically complex, high-ambiguity problem spaces
- Deep member obsession and empathy for internal users
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision and strategy for human agent experience as automation and AI expand
- Lead definition and delivery of modern agent-facing tools and workflows
- Own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces and lead tradeoffs across vendors, technology, and operations
- Partner deeply with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to drive durable change
- Drive change in a mission-critical environment with daily used tools
