💼 About This Role
You'll build and run the enterprise GTM playbook and own onboarding for all revenue roles. Your work will directly impact how enterprise deals are won and customers are retained. This is a rare opportunity to shape enablement from scratch at a high-growth company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define enterprise personas, buying committees, and value narratives
- Design and deliver role-specific onboarding for all GTM teams
- Enable Sales & SEs on complex enterprise deals and POCs
- Measure and refine enablement programs based on data
📋 Requirements
- 8–12+ years in Revenue Enablement or GTM leadership
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS across pre-sales and post-sales
- Proven ability to build enablement from zero or early scale
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with high-ACV enterprise sales cycles
- Familiarity with developer-first products
