• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across channels
• Set campaign objectives, target audience, and budget
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data tools
• Own performance reporting from top-of-funnel to pipeline generation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in performance marketing or demand generation
• At least 1 year in the B2B software industry
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Looker Studio, Google Analytics

• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit ad platforms
