Description

You will lead and grow a pre-sales Solutions Architect team, driving adoption of frontier AI for Fortune 500 customers in verticals like financial services, healthcare, and retail. You'll partner with sales leadership, serve as a technical sponsor for strategic accounts, and help shape the vision for safe AI deployment.

Requirements

• 7+ years as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales role
• 3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience
• Sold complex technical products to Fortune 500 companies
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLMs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching abilities

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and guide a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects
• Set team goals in collaboration with sales and other organizations
• Act as technical sponsor for high-value strategic customers
• Partner with Industries sales leadership to drive adoption strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer feedback
