💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and helping fans get the merch they love. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and ensure their success, while also supporting daily operations and sales targets. This role offers a chance to make a difference by helping eliminate hunger through our partnership with Feeding America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and use product knowledge to drive sales
• Open and close the store as needed, covering sales floor and leadership gaps
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain stock room organization

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds
