💼 About This Role

You'll lead the month-end close for a multi-entity group at Lawhive, an AI-native law firm backed by Google Ventures. Your core impact will be building audit-ready infrastructure under IFRS as the company scales globally. This role offers meaningful equity in one of Europe's fastest-growing startups.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own month-end close for multiple group entities
• Prepare consolidated management accounts with variance analysis
• Design scalable automated processes for payables and revenue
• Lead finance architecture transformation and integration

📋 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (ICAEW or equivalent) with strong PQE in management accounting
• Confident operating independently in multi-entity environments
• Deep technical understanding of IFRS, consolidations, intercompany accounting
