💼 About This Role

You'll provide academic programming and special education compliance oversight for The Menta Group. You'll support teaching staff and collaborate on IEP goals in a hybrid setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide guidance to staff on instructing students with disabilities
• Develop and implement technology-based learning
• Collaborate on IEP goals and progress for assigned caseload
• Monitor credits and courses for graduation requirements

📋 Requirements

• Current PEL with LBS1 Endorsement
• Extensive knowledge of IEP Writing and Process
• Ability to coach and lead educational staff
• Strong background in Special Education including cognitive & LD, Autism, BD, ED, OHI

✨ Nice to Have

• Curriculum & Instruction Endorsement on PEL
• Knowledge of Think Cerca, Myon, or MobyMax
• Experience in PBIS and trauma-informed programming
