You'll own the product vision and roadmap for software capabilities across tactical systems at Anduril. Your core impact is translating military operational challenges into clear product requirements driving autonomous drone and rocket motor systems. You'll serve as the strategic product leader at the intersection of customer needs, technical execution, and business growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain the software product roadmap for TRS systems
• Partner with Growth teams to develop customer engagement strategies
• Lead product reviews and design reviews with cross-functional teams
• Translate product vision into detailed requirements and user stories

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of program/product management experience
• Experience in defense or aerospace with military sales exposure
• Technical fluency in software and autonomous systems
• Track record of owning product roadmap from strategy to delivery

• Experience with AI/ML or computer vision systems
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and regulations
• Advanced degree in engineering or business
