💼 About This Role

You'll manage and grow a data engineering team at Airalo, the world's first eSIM store. Your core impact will be shaping the technical roadmap for data infrastructure and bridging data with MarTech. You'll have access to best-in-class tools and the freedom to experiment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Senior Data Engineers.
• Own the technical roadmap for data infrastructure and orchestration.
• Bridge the data platform with MarTech and third-party ecosystems.
• Establish foundations for real-time data capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience as Data/Software Engineer.
• 2+ years directly managing and scaling data engineering teams.
• Deep hands-on background with major cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong coding experience in Python and/or Scala.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing data contracts or data catalogues.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms or MarTech data integration.
• Experience in marketplace or B2C high-volume transactional businesses.
