Description

You will drive adoption and demonstrate ongoing value for Halcyon customers by coordinating onboarding, adoption, and retention activities. You'll become a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with the Halcyon platform.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years customer-facing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's or PhD can substitute)
  • Direct post-sales customer advocacy experience
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of cloud, networking, applications, endpoints, and security

Responsibilities

  • Convert customer strategy into a success plan and execute
  • Nurture customers to discover full platform value
  • Foster onboarding and guide maximum adoption
  • Monitor customer health and maintain regular cadence
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities
