You'll own end-to-end commission processing for a ~80-person sales organization, ensuring accurate and timely payments. You'll be the central point of contact for rep-facing communication and cross-functional reporting with Sales, HR, and Accounting. This part-time role offers full flexibility with required availability windows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end monthly commission calculation for ~80 sales reps.
• Audit and QA all commission data from Salesforce and comp plans.
• Generate and distribute monthly commission statements in Excel/Sheets.
• Maintain an audit trail of adjustments, corrections, and exceptions.

📋 Requirements

• Detail-oriented and analytically sharp individual.
• Experience with commission processing in a structured cycle.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for calculations.
• Ability to manage multiple compensation structures simultaneously.
