• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, and shipping
• Optimize labor models and capacity to meet inbound and outbound targets
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of 50+ associates
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized facility

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in high-volume fulfillment or distribution
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing 50+ team members
• Expertise in labor modeling and capacity planning
• Proven track record of talent acquisition and team development

✨ Nice to Have

• E-commerce fulfillment experience
• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• Experience with WMS and inventory management systems
