You'll serve as the primary HR partner for the UK, Germany, and broader EMEA employee population, owning the regional employee experience and ensuring alignment with global HR practices. You'll blend regional ownership, employee relations, and HR program execution with light-touch business partnering. This role is the go-to HR resource for managers and employees, with a part-time schedule transitioning to full-time in 2027.

  • Own and shape regional employee experience, culture, and engagement
  • Lead employee relations matters including investigations and performance concerns
  • Execute core HR programs (performance management, compensation cycles, surveys)
  • Provide on-demand guidance to managers on performance and development

  • 6โ€“10+ years of HR experience with strong generalist background
  • Experience handling employee relations and investigations independently
