💼 About This Role

You'll join the Treasury team at Allica Bank, the UK's fastest-growing fintech, responsible for developing and executing the bank's funding plan. You'll analyze deposit markets, optimize funding structure, and own the delivery of the funding plan. This role offers exposure to strategic projects and ILAAP stress testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor market rates and funding requirements to propose price and product changes
• Perform behavioral analysis and optimize funding structure
• Prepare and present fortnightly funding updates to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain the Funding Optimisation tool within ERMAS

📋 Requirements

• Understanding of deposit markets
• Strong data and analytical background
• Experience in a regulated firm preferably retail deposit taking
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ALM systems
• Knowledge of ERMAS or similar treasury tools
• Experience in corporate lending institutions
