🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Drive technical excellence and coding standards
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams
• Implement efficient development processes and CI/CD pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in management
• Proven experience building Sports betting platforms
• Hands-on with Java or frontend technologies (React, Angular, Svelte)
• Experience with distributed systems at scale

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Postgres, Kafka, Redis
