You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a Hot Topic Sales Associate, providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help customers find merch, stock products, and keep the store visually appealing. This role is perfect for enthusiasts who love pop culture and want to share that passion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales at register.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and fixtures.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack boxes up to 50 pounds.
