💼 About This Role
You'll own and scale Tomorrow.io's government business across the APAC region, leading complex public-sector sales cycles and building a durable regional pipeline. You'll be accountable for closing multi-year contracts, building partner ecosystems, and scaling the regional sales team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own regional government business pipeline development and revenue delivery
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle for complex public-sector engagements
- Build and maintain senior relationships with ministries and agencies
- Lead RFPs, tenders, and multi-stakeholder programs including IFI-funded initiatives
📋 Requirements
- 15+ years in government, institutional, or enterprise sales
- Proven track record closing large-scale government contracts
- Strong understanding of public procurement and budget cycles
- Demonstrated prior management experience leading regional sales teams
✨ Nice to Have
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the region
- Experience building partner ecosystems in-region
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment
