Description

You will travel extensively throughout Europe to install Augury's hardware and services, provide hands-on technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work alongside reliability systems managers to optimize products and handle administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 5-10 years hands-on experience installing/troubleshooting industrial controls and wireless systems
• Understanding of rotating equipment operation and design
• Experience in industrial environments and safe work practices
• Valid driver's license and passport, ability to pass background check
• Strong communication in German and English (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Travel 75-80% throughout Europe for installations and support
• Communicate with customers to install and implement Augury hardware and services
• Manage administrative tasks including service reports, inventory, and Salesforce
• Assist in product optimization alongside reliability systems managers
• Escalate and resolve service management issues
