You'll lead a QA team ensuring the stability of Ajax's cloud infrastructure, which handles 400k+ concurrent connections. You'll drive testing strategies and cross-team collaboration for a globally trusted security product. Work with high-load AWS cloud processing 20k requests per second.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3+ QA engineers
• Plan and coordinate release preparation and go/no-go decisions
• Design and maintain test plans, strategies, and QA metrics
• Integrate testing into CI/CD processes and improve workflows

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year as QA Lead
• Deep understanding of client-server and microservice architecture
• Experience with databases and SQL
• Experience managing a team of 3+ QA engineers

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of gRPC/WebRTC protocols
• Experience with AI tools integration
• Programming skills in Java, Kotlin, or Python
