You'll lead the Aero Value Stream by embodying Lean principles and driving continuous improvement. Your core impact will be optimizing processes and productivity initiatives globally, shaping organizational standards. This role acts as a key liaison with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of technology and process advancements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, LMS100 technologies.
• Oversee deployment of Live Outage content to the field.
• Drive adoption of standard work, planning, and reconciliation best practices.
• Serve as equipment-specific subject matter expert for supported platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 11 years progressive experience in the field.
• Strong experience in power generation and field services.
• Proficiency in English is required.
