You'll lead client engagement and commercial growth within a healthcare coding environment. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between sales and operations for successful delivery of coding solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as HIM and coding SME for sales teams in solution design.
• Lead client assessments to understand coding workflows and challenges.
• Develop customized proposals with operations and quality teams.
• Build client relationships for retention and growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management.
• Active credentials such as RHIT, RHIA, or CCS.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HIM leadership experience.
• Experience with multiple EMRs and HIM systems.

• Experience in HIM or revenue cycle consulting.
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
