Description

You will lead the Member organization at SoFi, overseeing a portfolio of initiatives that define how members interact with the platform. You'll develop strategy for AI, Loyalty, and International areas, manage through other leaders, and drive cross-functional alignment. Your work will directly impact millions of users in a mission to help members achieve financial goals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience in high-growth tech environments
• Undergraduate degree in technical or analytical discipline (MBA preferred)
• Comprehensive understanding of Consumer AI, Platforms, or International expansion
• Track record of managing large-scale consumer platforms (millions of users)

Responsibilities

• Develop vision and direction for AI, Loyalty, and International strategic focus areas
• Manage through senior managers and directors: attract, develop, and export talent
• Lead complex negotiations with senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Ensure operational effectiveness across all member feature workstreams
