You'll lead and scale Fieldguide's European go-to-market organization, owning regional revenue and customer success. You'll build the operational foundation for international growth while partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives. This is a foundational role in a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own regional business performance across EMEA, including revenue and customer satisfaction
• Lead and scale EMEA go-to-market across sales, customer success, and support
• Manage regional revenue targets, drive pipeline, and close strategic deals
• Build regional hiring plans and partner with executive leadership on strategy

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in enterprise SaaS or audit technology
• Proven experience leading revenue or GTM organizations in EMEA
• Strong understanding of audit/accounting ecosystem
• Experience managing cross-functional customer-facing teams in fast-growing environments
