You will oversee multiple complex construction projects or a large program in the Southwest, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and profitability. You'll mentor field teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive projects from planning through completion.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Extensive experience leading project teams and achieving project goals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects or a large construction program
• Ensure project safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and profitability
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and trade partners
• Mentor and develop Project Superintendents, Field Superintendents and Foremen
• Lead development of comprehensive project plans and ensure adherence to budget and schedule
