🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive strategy for securitization issuance and asset-backed financing
• Manage and deepen strategic partnerships with lenders and investors
• Review and execute legal agreements with internal and external counsel
• Present deal terms and status to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Capital Markets, Structured Finance, or investment banking
• Deep knowledge of capital markets and fixed income
• Proven track record of cross-functional stakeholder management
• Demonstrated experience coaching a high-performing team

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience in capital markets at a fintech
• Deep knowledge of unsecured personal loan asset class
• MBA, CFA, or BA/BS in business, finance, or economics
