Description
You will ensure customer retention and maximize revenue by managing the renewal process for an assigned portfolio. You'll work with customers, Sales, and Customer Success Managers to provide a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, renewals, or customer success in SaaS
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer data
Responsibilities
- Own and manage renewal process for assigned customer portfolio
- Engage customers 120 days before renewal to discuss contract terms and value
- Prepare and present renewal quotes and proposals using Salesforce
- Collaborate with Sales and CSMs to address customer questions
- Identify at-risk renewals and develop strategies to mitigate churn
