You'll own mission autonomy capabilities within the Mission Management System for hypersonic aircraft, ensuring reliable behavior integration with vehicle and ground systems. You'll lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on, driving end-to-end mission execution across ground and flight test campaigns. This role offers a chance to shape autonomous flight capabilities for defense applications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mission autonomy capabilities within MMS from design to flight readiness.
• Develop mission-level decision-making and behavior sequencing integrated with VMS.
• Define interfaces between MMS autonomy, VMS, avionics, sensors, and ground systems.
• Own autonomy integration testing and validation for ground and flight tests.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years experience with autonomy, mission systems, or avionics software.
• Experience integrating mission-level software within system-of-systems architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical execution across multidisciplinary teams.
