💼 About This Role

You'll serve as an expert technical user of eDiscovery applications supporting criminal and civil litigation for a government client. You'll develop discovery plans and train end users on the FBI's eDiscovery platform. Your work directly impacts high-stakes legal matters.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for litigation
• Administer data inputs into eDiscovery review platform (eDP)
• Coordinate collection results with FBI units for review/redaction
• Document eDiscovery plans and procedures for each case

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3 years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Active Top Secret clearance
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred
• Experience across all EDRM stages
