• Lead by example in sales and service interactions with guests.
• Support front and back of house operations and retail orders.
• Step in as manager-on-duty to foster team collaboration.
• Coach and develop team members to meet salon standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in Massachusetts.
• 1+ year as a colorist in a salon.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in customer-facing environment.
