💼 About This Role
You'll own frontline technical support at Coram AI, a cloud-native video security platform using computer vision and AI. You'll triage and resolve customer issues via Intercom/email, debugging across networking, Linux devices, and backend systems while meeting SLA targets and managing multiple threads. Over time, you'll help automate support processes and grow into broader ownership of the function.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own frontline technical support triage and resolution via Intercom/email.
- Troubleshoot networking, Linux devices, and cloud/backend services.
- Support customer onboarding and configuration for successful deployments.
- Maintain organization across multiple active customer threads.
- Identify recurring issues and build documentation and runbooks.
📋 Requirements
- Hands-on networking troubleshooting in production environments (IP, DHCP, routing, DNS).
- Linux experience with command line, logs, and diagnostics.
- Clear communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-moving situations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.

- Basic scripting in Bash or Python for automation.
- Familiarity with APIs and documentation.
- Customer-facing technical experience (Support, Solutions, Field Engineering).
