You'll partner with Enterprise Account Executives to expand relationships within Braze's largest client portfolio. Your core impact is identifying upsell opportunities and driving commercial expansion up to $100K. This quota-carrying role offers the chance to work with global brands and collaborate across multiple teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Expand customer relationships in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Analyze product usage to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature exploration and adoption
  • Achieve quarterly upsell and renewals targets

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales or Account Management experience in SaaS
  • Quota-carrying role working with companies of 2,000+ employees
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Office and MS Office Suite
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com CRM or similar

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company
