💼 About This Role

You'll design and lead a comprehensive total rewards strategy for a multi-division organization, driving business performance and competitive employee experience. You'll oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll programs with enterprise-wide impact, including M&A due diligence. This role is a strategic partner to executive leadership, shaping programs that align with company goals and market competitiveness.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and evolve total rewards strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead compensation program design including salary structures and incentive pay.
  • Manage health and welfare benefit strategies and vendor partnerships.
  • Oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

📋 Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in total rewards including compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in complex or multi-division organizations.
  • Deep expertise in compensation strategy including salary structures and incentive design.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA).

  • Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
  • Experience supporting M&A or business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence.
