💼 About This Role

You'll join the Energy Storage Systems (ESS) team to work on mechanical designs of utility-scale sodium-ion energy storage systems. You'll support component design, rapid prototyping, and testing to bring concepts to field deployment. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge battery technology in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design module enclosures, adhesives, plastic components, and high-current conductors
• Interface with thermal and structural analysts to inform design decisions
• Drive rapid prototyping and testing culture across the team
• Support product validation from concept through field deployment

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a mechanical engineering or equivalent degree
• Strong grasp of mechanical and thermal engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with 3D CAD software
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
