💼 About This Role

You'll own the website product strategy for Greenlight's highest-impact acquisition surface, leading a major redesign and driving conversion improvements. You'll work with cross-functional teams to set the long-term web vision and directly impact top-of-funnel growth metrics. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own website product strategy, vision, and prioritized roadmap.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• Lead full-funnel Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap.
• Manage Contentful CMS strategy and MarTech stack.

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years owning a consumer-facing website.
• Hands-on experience with Contentful CMS.
• Deep expertise with Optimizely or comparable experimentation platform.
• Proven CRO track record with concrete conversion improvements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CDPs and first-party data personalization.
• Background in consumer fintech or family-oriented products.
• Experience in subscription or freemium business model.
