You'll partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle, leading the technical conversation from first call to close. You'll run discovery sessions, map customer workflows, design pilot scope, and demo the Duvo platform against real scenarios. This role stands out for its focus on outcome-driven sales and deep technical ownership without delivering the production build.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with AEs to lead technical conversations from first call to close.
  • Run discovery sessions with operational and technical stakeholders.
  • Map customer workflows and identify where agents create leverage.
  • Design pilot scope: what gets built, success metrics, and measurement.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles shaping and winning deals.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and agentic systems in customer environments.
  • Strong systems thinking to read customer stacks and find leverage points.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or JS, APIs, JSON, webhooks and light data work.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • German or other European language fluency.
  • Retail, e-commerce, or CPG background.
  • Familiarity with ERPs and enterprise stacks.
