💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end management of CRM initiatives for a global affiliate marketing company. You'll balance campaign optimization with innovative new approaches to improve customer retention and performance. This role offers the chance to work with in-house tech and full-stack analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and own end-to-end CRM campaigns for retention and reactivation
• Plan, build, and deliver multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app)
• Manage full campaign lifecycle: briefing, segmentation, testing, deployment, analysis
• Use A/B testing and data insights to iterate and improve campaign performance

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Working knowledge of HTML for email
• Understanding of waterfall segmentation and suppression techniques

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience monetizing large email/phone databases
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
