💼 About This Role

You'll conduct human threat engagements including social engineering and phishing for clients, managing priorities and mentoring junior consultants. You'll contribute to methodology development and represent Coalfire at industry events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct social engineering, phishing, vishing, and physical assessments.
• Prepare and review Human Threat reports to meet quality standards.
• Manage priorities to achieve delivery utilization targets.
• Mentor junior consultants in tradecraft and client communication.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years client-facing consulting experience.
• 3-5 years experience in social engineering, red team, or insider risk.
• Demonstrated expertise of phishing, vishing, and pretext development.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of physical red team tactics and techniques.
• Behavioral science or psychology background.
• Published research or conference presentations on social engineering.
