🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Perform remote data and system reviews in EDC and CTMS
• Assist with query resolution and adverse event follow-up
• Support site startup and activation activities

📋 Requirements

• Honours Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of clinical monitoring experience
• GCP and regulatory compliance knowledge
• EDC and CTMS system experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as Lead CRA
• Mentoring or coaching skills
• Familiarity with RBM and TMF
